• All information is kept for 7 years unless asked to be destroyed or returned to client

• All hard copies kept in separate client files in locked storage units which are held in a locked office
• All IT is password protected
• All software is password protected
• NOD anti-virus installed on all systems
• Deletion of Cookies and History each day
• Back up of hard drives and cloud storage each day
• External hard drive kept in separate safe place to hard drive

• We will only share information with the emergency or legal services. We do not share information for any other reason.
